Excellent condition as expected of an NOS part. Absolutely beautiful NOS hood ornament base, correct for 1971 through 1978 Cadillac Eldorado. Includes the OEM hardware kit, basically 2 nuts with a sealant. This is NOT correct for the 71-76 Fleet wood Broughams, even though they used same hood ornament.
