I have been vigilant in trying to keep the item same condition it was when first acquired it, and personally think feel that its good very good, possibly still usable for respective age condition, but that's just my personal opinion on matter. L believe the item is made out of chrome, but i'm not 100 certain definitely some type heavy metal material. I live in a controlled temperature, and smoke free house hold, its been kept out of the sunlight. I have unfortunately never owned a Mustang at anytime throughout the course of my existence life. Both the emblem and corral are marked stamped with words logos of Ford or it could possibly be formic logo teaco companies etched into their back inside surfaces. As I previously stated, was told by the person who sold me item that part original, and did do some personal research into before posted it put up for sale, does seem to match others are listed being but, again, i'm only speaking from my own experience matter.
