The chrome is bright and shiny, there a little pealing on bottom of stem where it meets base, this has been case every one these I have seen. There are 3 stone chips on the front side, as you would expect with a 37 y o part made out of Lucite facing road debris. This is a oem formic part from the 80's, e0szthese are hard to find in any condition.

Especially this clean. Beautiful, rare 1980 25th silver anniversary edition Thunderbird hood header ornament complete with all mounting hardware. Beautiful, hard to find crystal silver anniversary ornament.

I have had this for years and it on my '80 town landau '78 diamond jubilee at times: was lucky enough to recently get a nos one so i'm passing along, mounted new old stock base along with wire spring. Clear crack free Lucite there are a few sun phishers on the top but no actual internal cracks.
